Gist of the Teachings

 

The spiritual origin of universe is EKAM BAHU SHYAM fragmentation of PRAKASH emanating of SHABAD. We are all souls as fragments of Light and ever connected to our Source through the Shabad. We as souls belong to the source: GOD - the jyoti swarup at the center of the universe where TIME AND MATERIAL do not exist.

 

One of the souls known as KAAL requested the Source regarding his wish to create a TIME BOUND material universe. With the wish granted, KAAL created basic elements as per Mendeleev's chart by emitting different colours of lights converting into mist and clouds further solidifying and EXPLODING in to nuclear explosions. Thus the molten LAVA and the elements such as hydrogen and helium fused to create SUNS. These scattered in a rhythmic movement to form billions and trillions of STARS and galaxies.

 

This expanding universe is bound by the quantum field to revolve in predestined movements from the beginning of time till its END. Some of the comets hit the molten earth to form seas and mountains to evolve life on earth. One of the SOULS known as KAAL requested the GOD to send the souls to his TIME BOUND MATERIAL WORLD to visit and feel his creation. The paper deals with the journey of the SOUL - how it acquired the MIND from the UNIVERSAL MIND OF KAAL as laws of nature: how soul and mind used the MATERIAL created by TIME to form life on earth in the form of single cell amoeba that had the capacity to become from one to many.

 

The soul as intelligence with its outer expression of ATTENTION is connected to its SOURCE (GOD) with SHABAD, NAAD, KALMA, the WORD explained in all the religious scriptures. THE SOUL as ATTENTION received the intuitions continuously through the SHABAD from its Source to create the CROWN OF CREATION: THE HUMAN BODY, crossing 8.4 million species. The physical mind embedded with the laws of nature along with the information of past and future through the universal, causal and astral mind, was as a guide, but later became the master and does not allow the soul to get back to the SOURCE.

 

HUMANITY needs to understand how time and material has trapped the SOUL in KAAL CHAKRA by separately understanding: SOUL as ATTENTION, has GODLY qualities such as LOVE, COMPASSION, and MERCY. MIND has qualities like LUST, GREED, ANGER, ATTACHMENTS, EGO, etc. And the BODY deals with HUNGER, CLOTHS, HOUSING, VANITIES OF THE WORLD.

 

To de-link ATTENTION from mind and body and link it to its Source is the technique of prayer in all religions this allows the qualities of the soul to peculate from everyone's mind and body to achieve peace and harmony for all civilizations.

Staying Focused in an Internet Age of Distractions - The Radio Blog

The folk musician Pete Seeger once said: "Technology will save us if it doesn't wipe us out first." The same Internet that creates an avenue for cyber-attacks is also providing the opportunity for people from all nations (imaginary lines drawn on maps but not visible from space) to be able to communicate with one another, hopefully affirming their desire for life, love, prosperity, and working out their differences. 

The Internet could save the world by empowering its people to collectively save themselves. Seeger often made coments about radio and "democratizing technology", expressing the hope that: "Maybe the 21st Century will be the Century of the Democratization of Technology. This is Pete Seeger signing off and saying don't forget to make music yourselves." Actually his famous song "Little Boxes" reminds me of the world of radio as it once was just a few short years ago, in what now can be described as the pre Internet age: "Little boxes on the hillside, little boxes made of ticky tacky, little boxes, little boxes, little boxes, all the same. There's a green one, and a pink one, and a blue one, and a yellow one, and they're all made out of ticky tacky, and they all look just the same." The mediocrity (media-ocrity) of the "vast wasteland" of channels and frequencies, with all it's conformity, is finally being transcended in this Internet Age. Rather than remaining limited to a handful of local media outlets zealously preaching a gospel of rock, country, or right-wing political talk radio, the global "Democratization of Technology" is just a mouse-click away. 

Now everyone potentially has a microphone, a blog, an ability to access information, to network, to share ideas and organize new communities as never before in all of human history. Now many with an urge to broadcast, can do so. One might say the creative human spirit is finally free, and: "This time it was right, it would work, and no one would have to get nailed to anything." (Douglas Adams, "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy")

Yet, there is always the danger that the same dullness-of-spirit that reflected and echoed back to us a vast media wasteland of "five hundred channels and still nothing on", could end up dumbing down, slowing down, over-regulating, or filtering this great Type One Civilization means of global communication known as the Internet. There are growing signs of this already, both near and far.

Still, I think at present, the greatest danger for now is people failing to prioritize, failing to pay enough close attention to, and support, the causes that are most important to them. In the pre Internet Age the problem was denial or slowness of information - lack of access, only a limited number of speakers, microphones, and channels. These days however, the main concern is our attention being scattered. We are drowning in a sea of information ranging from the ridiculous to the sublime, and hopefully not multitasking ourselves into a new vast cyber wasteland. Facebook for example. My opinion is that, for some, the Facebook experience is getting to be a bit scattered, out-of-focus. As people not only join a few groups and pages that reflect the causes they really care about, but also join ("Like") hundreds or perhaps even thousands! of additional pages, how can one pay attention to much of anything anymore? 

It is the same for Internet radio. May the creative voices stand out, be heard, not submerged below the noise level, not lost in the static, not starving and dehydrating. May the creative people, the webcasters with a vision for a positive future for humanity and the planet we call home, the innovative, truly receive the support they need, so that these torchbearers may thrive, teach, transform -- being many stars collectively forming one light. Time Waits For No One

Carpe diem, quam minimum credula postero: "Seize the day, putting as little trust as possible in tomorrow." (Quintus Horatius Flaccus) Kabir also said, "What you would do tomorrow, do today, what you would do today, do now." Another version, Kaal Kare So Aaj Kar, Aaj Kare So Ub Pal Mein Pralaya Hoyegi, Bahuri Karoge Kub: "Tomorrows work do today, today's work now. If the moment is lost, how will the work be done?"

"With Swami Ji there is no such thing as idle chatter; he talks of the impermanence of the body and the purpose of life: attaining spiritual enlightenment to avoid samsara (endless rebirth). The experienced practitioner [of Surat Shabd Yoga] knows that some of these low order Sound Currents can become audible. Therefore the initiate his to be very careful and avoid then in entirety. "Begin meditation with internally chanting or repeating the Guru-mantra incantation (the charged words given by a genuine Living Master at the time of Initiation). And then try to visualize the radiant form or image of the Satguru in the still darkness of the inner sky (with eyes closed). Follow that with focusing your attention at the seat of the soul within, i.e. at the Third Eye or the Inner Eye or the Til Dwaar, by making the two streams of consciousness in your two eyes converge in a Point.

"When the two currents of consciousness meet in a Point, Divine Light appears within. Then, practice Surat Shabd Yoga (Yoga of Inner Divine Sound) i.e., try to shift your attention to listening to the Divine Sounds or myriads of melodies (Anahad Naad) ringing inside. Listening to the Divine Sound destroys all the perversions, agitations and fickleness of the mind.

"Ascending beyond or transcending myriads of sounds, try to identify and tune in to the Quintessential Unstruck Melody, called "Saar Shabd" or "Anaahat Naad" which alone is capable of taking you and merging you into oneness with the Supreme Lord; this is the ultimate deliverance, emancipation, liberation." "Having come here, I advocate the practice of Surat Shabd Yoga and I instruct you to enter and permeate into the Word. I describe a ladder (pandi) of several steps of Shabd so that you can climb up step by step, reaching the city of Truth (Sat Lok). "The Supreme Being whose abode lies further ahead, is unique and only Sants know about Him. He is Nameless (Anami, Anadi Purush, Soundless) and free from Maya. How to explain what He is. He has no colour, no form and no line of demarcation. Shabd is unmanifest in His region. I am worthless and know nothing but I had the good fortune of reaching His Abode. By placing my head at the feet of all Sants, I could reach that Original Abode which knows no decay. The three worlds are created and they perish, but I have taken my Surat beyond the Fourth Lok." "Whosoever has concentrated his soul has been redeemed from the fear of Death. She has ascended the firmament with force, and has found refuge at the feet of the Lord. She has taken abode in the infinite region and has attained union with the Beloved. Indeed, 0 Tulsi, she has been delivered from delusion, suffering and fever of countless lives." God exists from the beginning and even before the creation of world. Nobody knows who is the first person or Guru who learnt the way of meditation and taught the world. Also, the way to achieve God is inside all the human beings naturally. Only God is the creator of that way and He has established this path naturally inside the human. He was the first who established the relationship between Sadguru and disciple. Nobody can claim that he is the inventor of that path. Yes, Only God can be the first entity who established the path of meditation, and Master-pupil relation. Maharshi Mehi says, "The person who advances on this path and achieves self-realization and salvation while alive becomes Sant (i.e. God-realized soul) and each Sant becomes a new link added in the Sant Mat. This is the continuous ceaseless flow of Sant Mat dynasty." (The Teachings of Maharshi Mehi Paramahansa) /////////
