Why We Begin Meditation at the Third Eye Center in Sant Mat… It’s the Seat of the Soul — Baba Ram Singh

Why We Begin Meditation at the Third Eye Center in Sant Mat… It’s the Seat of the Soul — Baba Ram Singh

When we sit for meditation, we close our eyes and then we focus our thoughts at the back of the Eye Center. And our faculty of visualization is also there, which also visualizes the Form of the Master within. And by doing Simran, we concentrate our attention and focus at the back of the Eye Center. Then, automatically, when we sit for meditation, our attention starts getting focused on the Form of a Master at the back of the Eye Center.

There are the rishis and munis who also do meditation. But their meditation and their focus and attention are slightly different. Instead of focusing at the back of the Eye Center, what they do is, they start focusing on the chakras.

So, in the physical body, we have six chakras. And starting from the lowest chakra, they start doing the mantra. Each chakra has a mantra, and what they do is, they repeat the mantras. And, when a certain number of times that mantra is done, tens of thousands of times, then that chakra opens up. And, that way, they start progressing by opening each of these chakras and going inside and up within their body. So, for them to take and open each of the six chakras and then the seventh above that and go up, inside, it takes a very, very long time.

Mahatmas say that when someone has to climb a mountain and he is midway, standing on the mountain, there is no point in going down to the bottom of the mountain and then climbing all the way up again. Instead, he should climb upwards from where he is.

The soul is currently situated at the back of the Eye Center. And, therefore, Saints say that you start from there. You start focusing there and focus your attention where the soul and the Master stay. That is at the back of the Eye Center.

Therefore, we should lovingly focus our attention and do the Simran and the Dhyan, that is, the contemplation of the Form of the Master while doing Simran at the back of the Eye Center. When we do this lovingly, we also start getting the Grace of the Master there.

A Genuine Spiritual Master, The Competent Qualified Teacher (Sant Satguru) - Spiritual Awakening Radio, A Sant Mat Satsang Podcast

"The fruits of accepting a true master are immense. Unfortunately, true teachers are few and difficult to find... A spiritual master who is wise, pure and a practitioner of the Yoga of Divine Sound gradually imparts his or her virtues to the student. The good will of the spiritual teacher cannot but help affecting the aspirant in a positive manner because one is affected by the power of a higher vibration." My Ode to the Sant Satguru

In Praise of the Sant-soul of love

who has reached the Spiritual Realm above,

and merged in God.

Hail to the Competent Living Master,

the Qualified Teacher,

rare to find in this world,

so few and far between,

the True One,

a genuine mentor of souls,

righteous and worthy Guide,

a Fearless Being,

Light-giver,

leader of a spiritual community.

With gratitude to the Competent Living One!

In a Sea of Samsara -- illusion and world of changes,

of falsehood and posing,

there is a bright Light in the darkness.

A silent Music becomes audible.

At the feet of such a Loving, Radiant One,

the soul can not help but find inner Light and

slip into deep samadhi meditation.

In the eyes of a Saint are

love, wisdom, light, compassion, grace,

a reflection of God in this realm of the material plane.

The Master-Power connects the soul with the

Supreme Lord of Love.

Book of Kabir Panth Prayers, by James Bean - A Critique of Ascender's Comment

A Critique of  Ascender's Comment and My Own Comments Regarding This Wonderful Book of Kabir Panth Prayers, by James Bean

Reviewer: ascender - August 15, 2024

Subject: Need for a Living Master

"Sant Kabir was the Guru of His time. Only those to whom he personally gave initiation while in His human form can return to Sat Lok in His Name. The vast expanse of darkness of Mahasunya or Maha Sunn is said to be 80 billion miles, it cannot be crossed without a living Satguru to take the soul across to the purely spiritual realms above the region of Sunn. The worship of dead saints cannot liberate the Jiva. Only a living Master can do so. The search for God in the human form; Shabd incarnate, "The word made flesh and dwelling amongst us" is the greatest imperative for the devotee wishing to reach back to the Absolute Lord. However, the sacred bani of the sants, of Kabir Sahib and others, is a guide and inspiration to assist us in our understanding, and increase our longing for our True Home."

My critique of the review left by the person with the username Ascender made on August 15, 2024 at the Internet Archive titled, Need for a Living Master, as well as a brief exploration of the book being commented upon, Kabir Panth Book Of Prayers -- Sandhya Path -- The Path of Spiritual Realization. And this also serves now as a kind of Forward for this rare book in the Sant Dharam Das Kabir tradition of the Anurag Sagar.

Not as Ascender suggested, but as the contents of the book and the title of the book clearly state, this is NOT a collection of verses all attributed to Guru Kabir but actually represents a compilation of compositions made by many over the centuries in the Satsang Community of Kabir. These are used as prayers, psalms (hymns)  and sayings of wisdom by those satsangi disciples part of the living sangat related to Kabir. Indeed, the modern-day lineage of Sant Satgurus of Sant Mat connects directly back to the Sant Dharam Das line of gurus of this Kabir community in fact. There are many such collections of writings from the Sant Dharam Das line of Masters, and some of those other texts such as the Anurag Sagar (The Ocean of Love), Kabir Sagar (Ocean of Kabir), and others have also been uploaded to the web as wonderful ebooks, done with the motivation of edification and education of those curious about the spiritual path. "You can not just brush the surface of a culture and pretend that you’ve found an answer. We must turn inward to the deepest of our own roots to find the very best of who we are." (Ravi Shankar)

So, yes Kabir taught the need for a living Master as have his many spiritual successors all the way up to the living present time. It would be a fallacy for anyone to suggest being curious about the earlier writings of the Sant tradition of India somehow would mean that one would not be interested in being initiated by a living Master. Rather, it's the opposite of that. It is not an "either or" proposition. The interests of the faithful devotee of Sant Mat encompassess both. Those who are initiated by contemporary Masters, those who are followers of the spiritual practices of Sant Mat, are precisely the ones who are most-of-all fans of the literary treasures, the spiritual classics, scriptures, the poetry and prose, the banis and bhajans of the earlier generations of these Saints and Mystics. Studying the teachings of the Masters is also a way to break free from being stuck in one's mind -- our habitual thinking patterns, and practice Remembrance of the spiritual path (satsang).

And if one actually takes the time and reads this, Kabir Panth Book Of Prayers, they will soon discover that it does advocate sitting at the feet of a Living Teacher of one's own time: "By devotion, all the sufferings of Dharam Dass vanished. It is by the good deeds of millions of births that he met Satguru Kabir." "Who is greater than Ram and Krishna? Even they accepted a guru. They were masters of the three worlds, but were humble before the guru." "As many saints, mahants and sadhus there were, they all served at the lotus feet of the guru." "Do not go through life without a guru. Keep this firm principle in mind!" "Without a guru, who else can remove doubts? In what way can the heart possess discriminative spiritual knowledge? Without a guru ignorance cannot be removed, and the soul does not realize it's true form." There are whole sections of this book extolling the need for a living master of the time!

The traditional format of a satsang is for someone to recite or sing from some earlier collection of Sant verses such as from the Bijak of Kabir, the Adi Granth, Anurag Sagar, Paltu Sahib, Namdev, Tukaram, Tulsi Sahib, Soamiji Maharaj, etc... and then a Master or whoever is giving the satsang discourse comments upon those verses. Traditional Sant Mat from India, as it has always been, focuses upon the teachings of the living Master, the earlier Masters of the lineage as well as the great collection of banis, bhajans, granths, all this vast Sant literature that has accumulated over the centuries out of the utmost respect for all of these great Masters, Saints and Sages that have blessed the world over the millennia, the various yugas, great epochs of time. One is counseled constantly about the need to have satsang every single day, to hear from one's teacher (Sant Satguru), to spend some time studying the instruction and wisdom of the Saints, to do simran and to meditate each and every day. "You should do your Bhajan and Simran every day." (Baba Jaimal Singh) "Do not live even a single day without inner meditation." (Baba Devi Sahib of Moradabad)

This Kabir Panth Book of Prayers is one such valuable collection, I dare say, is one of the more colorful assemblages of verses intended to inspire the satsangi to do the spiritual practices of the Sants: Simran: the Remembrance of names of God, Dhyan: inner visions of Divinity, radiant forms of Light, and Bhajan: the Unstruck Melody of the Sound Current or Audible Life Stream. And beyond these, one is encouraged to become a bhakta, a devotee approaching the Supreme Being with a spirit of love and devotion at every step. One is the "drop" of the soul merging into the Divine Ocean of Love. So the place we wish to ascend to is not to just any astral occult realm of esoterica but the Most High heavens of the Eternal Truth and Love, "the Far Country" that is the Goal of this Path of the Masters.

"The tenth gate is the gathering point of consciousness. Therein lies the path for our return. The tenth gate is also known as the sixth chakra, the third eye, Bindu, the center located between the two eyebrows. This is the gateway through which we leave the sense organs' gates, enter the divine realms, and finally become established in the soul. We travel back from the Realm of Darkness to the Realm of Light, the Light to the Divine Sound, and the Realm of Sound to the Soundless State. This is called turning back to the Source." (Swami Santsevi Ji Maharaj, Book of Sarvadharma Samanvy)

How could the love between Thee and me sever?

As the leaf of the lotus abides on the water,

so thou art my Lord, and I am Thy servant.

As the night-bird Chakor gazes all night at the moon,

so Thou art my Lord, and I am Thy servant.

From the beginning until the ending of time,

there is love between Thee and me;

And how shall such love be extinguished?

Kabir says: "As the river enters into the Ocean, so my heart touches Thee."

(Guru Kabir, Songs of Kabir)

Initiation Into the Mysteries is Done by a Living Master (Sant Satguru) - Light and Sound on The Path

Initiation Into the Mysteries is Done by a Living Master (Sant Satguru)

From a book I'm currently working on having published, the Anmol Vachan of Sant Garib Das:

Question 6: Swamiji, why doesn't the Satguru initiate new souls after he leaves his physical body?

Answer: A Satguru who has left his physical body doesn't initiate new souls beyond the mortal world. His ship doesn't sail over the ocean of worldly existence anymore, as he has already crossed it. The threads of the initiated souls are with him beyond the ocean. When the time comes, he pulls those souls to him, like a kite.

Question: Swamiji, Guru Govind Singh advised to consider the scripture as the Guru. What is the significance of this in the Guru Granth Sahib, and what teachings are present in it?

Answer: When Guru Gobind Singh advised considering the scripture as the Guru, he meant that the Guru Granth Sahib holds the wisdom and teachings of the Gurus and saints. In the Guru Granth Sahib, there is guidance to seek direct realization and guidance from the living Guru rather than being confused by written teachings alone. The Guru Granth Sahib emphasizes the importance of devotion, selfless service, humility, and realization of the Divine. It teaches that the true Guru is the one who guides the seeker towards transcending the ocean of existence and attaining liberation.

What About Those Who Get Re-Initiated? - Light and Sound on The Path: Sant Mat Radhasoami

What About Those Who Get Re-Initiated? - Light and Sound on The Path: Sant Mat Radhasoami, by James Bean

At a group I belong to someone was asking who their spiritual master is if they have been initiated more than once, which can happen in this Path of the Masters. My reply:

Who is your true Master, your Sant Satguru? The one you say it is… the one you have the most love (bhakti) and respect for… the one you are the closest to above all others in this world and in the worlds beyond. He’s the one you’re working with, and he is it who is working with you, mentoring you… the one that came to you in your hour of darkness offering light (light-giver, the one who takes the darkness away). He’s your Beloved, your Gurudev, the one who will come to you in all Radiance. Some have been initiated more than once. Being re-initiated is not necessarily disrespect for the previous guru. Being re-initiated happens sometimes in Sant Mat. Soamiji Maharaj said to consider one’s previous guru as being “in” or part of your current satsang affiliation*. And if one has a Christian background and you have much respect for Jesus, bring Jesus with you. Or, in other words, continue to have respect for the teachings of Christ, as Sant Mat does, and other past masters. All true masters have been co-workers for the One God. The Path is One.

Spiritual seekers are faced with many possible choices and detours along the way. If the genuine seeker finds spiritual sustenance in the luminous wisdom of the saints and mystics, they will reach the first level of satsang (association with eternal truth) and make serious spiritual progress during this life. With such a developing reverence for the higher wisdom of great souls of the ages, one may eventually encounter a living mystic path in the world of today, discover a living gnosis now, a school of spirituality lead by a living one, a living master (Sant Satguru). Today's satsang podcast features reflections about what is playing out in the vast world of spiritual paths and world religions based on the spiritual classic known as the Anurag Sagar (Ocean of Love), how the various planes of creation, states of consciousness and temperaments are all being represented by avatars and archons affiliated with a multitude of paths and practices in the marketplace of ideas, seeking to draw souls to material, astral, causal, or mental regions. Countless are the idols made of wood and stone. Countless are the ceremonies, holidays, and rituals. Countless, the doctrines, the prophecies, sectarian politics and struggles, tethering souls to realms of mind and matter, but what of you, the soul, and the God that is All-Spirit residing beyond these worlds of form and time?

Today, readings from: the Gospel of Thomas (both Greek and Coptic manuscripts), the Odes of Solomon, Kabir (1008 Vani, the Ethical Teachings of Kabir), Soamiji Maharaj (Sar Bachan Radhasoami Poetry), Maharshi Mehi Paramhans (the Padavali), Baba Somanath (a bhajan, mystic poem/hymn), and a satsang discourse by Baba Ram Singh (excerpted from, Seeing The Jivas And Entangled And Suffering In This World Of Kal, God Almighty Sends The Saints To Awaken The Jivas And Bring Them Home, shared during the afternoon of January 20th, 2023).

Says Kabir: "Love is like a deep ocean. Only that lover of God who will dive into it fearlessly shall be able to get the pearl of ultimate happiness. And one who will not be able to muster up enough courage to dive into it, shall remain sitting at the beach. He will remain without love in this world or the next. How will he get the pearls of ultimate happiness then?"

Know Thy Self - Light and Sound on The Path (Sant Mat, Radhasoami, Gnosticism, Mysticism, Meditation)

Know Thy Self - Light and Sound on The Path (Sant Mat, Radhasoami, Gnosticism, Mysticism, Meditation)

"The Masters come and awaken us and They ask us as a soul as to who we are, and we say, 'No, we are this body.' And They keep explaining to us, 'You are not this body. You are the soul.' But we refuse to accept that. Then They give us the initiation and They give us Simran and They tell us to come in the manner that They are explaining. And when we do that Simran, we leave the nine doors and come to the Tenth Door where our soul is. Then, in that stream of the Sound Current, we see the reflection and we start realizing as to who we are. We are not the body, but we are the soul. So there, the soul realizes who it actually is. And then all the darkness of ignorance goes away and the soul can see for itself hundreds of lives before and how it has gone through all of those lives. And it has luminance and it understands it's true essence." (Baba Ram Singh, from an August 14th, 2022 satsang discourse)

"0 Dharam Das, the glory of the Light of the Soul cannot be described. In Sat Lok the light of one soul is equal to the light of sixteen suns." (Anurag Sagar, Ocean of Love)

True Simran Is When The Mind Is Doing The Repetition And Is Not Wandering Elsewhere, by Baba Ram Singh Ji

True Simran Is When The Mind Is Doing The Repetition And Is Not Wandering Elsewhere, by Baba Ram Singh Ji

Saints sing the praise of the Sound Current which is resonating at the Eye Center. It is coming from God Almighty and, at the Eye Center, it is resonating. At the Eye Center, the soul is present, the mind is present, and the Sound Current is also there. But the soul is not connected to the Sound Current at the Eye Center. Because both the mind and the soul are at the Eye Center, the Masters explain the practice of doing our Simran — the repetition — and contemplating on the Master at the Eye Center.

When we do the repetition at the place where the mind is, the mind does not get an opportunity to run around. And, therefore, it settles down at the Eye Center and focuses.

Kabir Sahib has said, “We move the rosary in our hand and do our repetition, and people also do repetition by their tongue. But the mind, when such kind of repetition is being done, the mind is running in all four directions.” So, Kabir Sahib says, “That is not Simran.”

So, true Simran is when the mind is doing that repetition and is not wandering elsewhere. So, your thoughts should be aligned with the mind, and together that Simran should be done by the mind.

So, when the mind stills because of the Simran, it starts cleansing itself. It starts becoming pure. But when it stops doing that Simran, then again, the load of karmas comes aware.

So, we have to always be conscious and be attentive to where the mind is—whether the mind is doing Simran when we are sitting for our meditation, or whether it is wandering around. So, we should be attentive and see what the mind is doing. If we observe that the mind is wandering or swayed by some thought, we have to bring the mind back and make it do the Simran. So, again, it wanders off. Again, you have to pay attention; bring it back. And then do the repetition. So, gradually, that way, the mind will get habituated and it will start doing the Simran on its own.

So, Saints say, “You have to be resolved in the practice; you have to be attentive and you have to be brave. You should not give up on your mind. Like the soldier who goes in warfare, he does not come back. He goes there and makes up his mind. He goes there to fight. And he goes there and then wins and then he comes back.”

So, like that, we should not drop our arms before the mind. We should make that resolve that we will control the mind and we will do this Simran and get success in it.

So, Kabir Sahib says, “When you do your meditation, even if your mind is not sublime, it is not refined, by continuously practicing and continuously doing Simran, it will automatically get refined and will get cleansed and it will become sublime.”

So, the Simran is very powerful and it has the power of cleansing the mind. As we keep on doing our Simran, it keeps cleansing the mind and the mind becomes more and more refined. Once the mind become sublime, it comes to a standstill. And that is when the withdrawal of the attention of the soul starts happening and we withdraw from our body and the nine doors and come to the Tenth Door.

Once the focus comes at the Eye Center and, with the Grace of the Master, the Sound Current is manifested. Not only this life, but of scores of other previous lives, all the karmas that have been built up, they all get redeemed and the mind becomes pure like a glass. And when it becomes pure like a glass, and transparent like a glass, it realizes that it is not the body or the senses with which it has so long been associated, and that it is different and it belongs elsewhere. And the mind realizes that it belongs to the Brahm and not this current world and it starts making an effort to rise and go further within. And it helps the soul also to go further within towards God Almighty. And that very mind, which is an enemy of the soul for doing its meditation, that same mind becomes its best friend and helps the soul to go within.

This same mind, when it is burdened with its karmas and it is impure, it does not allow the soul to focus and it keeps deluding the soul and keeps pulling the soul outward. But when that same mind becomes pure with Simran, it becomes transparent, it becomes the best friend of the soul and helps the soul to go within.

So, to make our minds pure, we have to make that habit of doing our Simran. And the more and more Simran we do, the more and more we will be able to make the mind pure.

Initially, we have to consciously make that effort and keep on reminding ourselves to do Simran. But gradually, that becomes a habit.

So, we should also listen to our Masters and follow Their instructions. We should also care about our soul and make this effort of going within, sitting for meditations every day, and listening to Satsangs every day.

* * *

So, the time is good and the atmosphere is quiet. So, let us make the most of it. Let’s close our eyes and sit for meditation.

Our Spiritual Attainment is What We Take With Us - Baba Ram Singh

Our Spiritual Attainment is What We Take With Us - Baba Ram Singh

"The only wealth that is going to be with us and which is permanent and will travel with us, is the wealth of Naam. That is the wealth which nobody can steal from us. Nobody can deprive us of that wealth. And that is something that we can build here and take with us. That wealth will help us get out of this ocean of life and death and will take us back to our True Home and have us meet with our God Almighty, our Father.

"So, we should make it a point to listen to Satsangs every day, even if we have to listen only for fifteen or twenty minutes. But, with all attention, we should listen to Satsangs every day and take out time for our meditations every day.

-- Baba Ram Singh

"I'll give you what no eye has ever seen, no ear has ever heard, no hand has ever touched, and no human mind has ever thought." (Jesus, Saying 17, Gospel of Thomas)

"Saints and sages have unveiled all the mysteries of the spiritual journey and of self-realization in their discourses. All the techniques have been documented in books. But without an Accomplished Teacher, we will not be able to understand the correct technique of true knowledge just by reading... This mysterious path is described in the holy books, but it cannot be found simply by the study of sacred texts. It is found by the grace and guidance of an Accomplished Teacher." (Swami Sant Sevi Ji Maharaj)

"All the world is entangled in meaningless rituals, and knows not the inner workings of God." (Guru Gobind Singh)

"You've ignored the Living One right in front of you, and you've talked about those who are dead." (Jesus, Gospel of Thomas, Saying 52)

"Without a Master all scriptures are like the whispering of ghosts." (Sant Tukarama)

Books falling from the sky did not create the world religions. Before there was "The Book", there was the author of "The Book." Without living Teachers there would be no Torah, no Noble Truths and Eightfold Path, no Sermon on the Mount, no Golden Rule or Gospel of Thomas, no Nag Hammadi Library, no Suras of the Quran, no ahimsa message of Lord Maharvira in Jainism, no sages to compose the Upanishads, no Krishna and the Bhagavad Gita, no Jap Ji of Guru Nanak, no Tao Te Ching of Lao Tzu, no Golden Verses of Pythagoras. If there was no Master Shams of Tabriz, there would have been no disciple by the name of Rumi. If there was no Swami Ji Maharaj, no Tukaram, no Tulsi Sahib, no Dadu, no Ravidas, no Mirabai, no Maharishi Mehi, no Hazur Baba Sawan Singh, no Guru Kabir, no Sant Dariya Sahib, no living Masters, there would be no Sant Mat, no students, no initiates, no satsangs to attend, no school of spirituality, no clear and organized system of inner Light and Sound Meditation called Surat Shabd Yoga to be initiated into, nobody to give the initiation, nobody successfully doing the meditation -- no one to expand anyone's horizons and awareness.

"The message of the Masters fills the world with hope, and at the same time it offers a rational foundation for such hope. It not only tells people what they should do, but it offers them a definite method of doing it. In the march of the ages, cycle after cycle, in every planet where human beings reside, the great Masters are the Light-Bearers of that world. Until the end of the ages, they will remain the friends and saviors of those who struggle toward the Light." (Julian P. Johnson, Path of the Masters)

The Two Types Of Naam, by Sant Ram Singh, Meditation Talk, August 10th, 2017 - Light and Sound on the Path (Sant Mat, Radhasoami)

Baba Ram Singh in the Sant Mat Lineage of Sawan Singh

SWAMI JI MAHARAJ HAS WRITTEN in His Bani, There are two types of Naam. One is Varnatmak * and the other is Dhunatmak **. Varnatmak Naam is that which can be seen, written, or read and spoken. The other Naam is Dhunatmak Naam, which is praised in all the Banis of the Masters.

This Dhunatmak Naam is the Sound Current that is emanating from God Almighty and coming via all the planes down and then it is resonating in all the chakras in the body.

In the Varnatmak Naam, that is the one that can be described or spoken or written, all the Scriptures, all the mantras, all the Vedas, and all the holy books, everything comes within the Varnatmak Naam. But everything that we can see or speak or hear or write, all this is going to be subject to destruction.

However, the Dhunatmak Naam has been created by God Almighty and that is resonating within all the life forms.

Nanak Sahib says, "It is this Sound Current, which has emanated from God Almighty and has come down the planes.” It is that very Sound Current, which has created all these planes. And all the And, Pind, Brahmand ***, everything is created by this Sound Current. And that same Sound Current is now resonating at the Eye Center. It is resonating; It has come from all the planes and is resonating at the Eye Center. And, from there, It is illuminating the body and It is giving energy to the body.

The names that are given during the initiation, these are the names of the holy Lords of the higher planes. These names are also within the Varnatmak Naam and they are also subject to destruction. During initiation, the Masters connect us with the Sound Current within. And when our intellect ceases, and our talking and seeing and all the other faculties of the mind cease, then we are able to manifest that Sound Current and get connected within. That very Sound Current manifests in the Radiant Form of the Master and It shows the Path, and It takes the soul back, plane-by-plane, to God Almighty.

When we go back to Sach Khand, God Almighty does not have any other form. He appears in the form of Light and Sound, and the Masters Who have taken us there, He appears in the form of that Master in Light and Sound.

In the Dwapar Yuga, Kabir Sahib took Indra Mati and Indra Mati went within, and Kabir Sahib took her to Sach Khand. When They reached Sach Khand, He bowed before God Almighty and told Him to accept the soul of Indra Mati. There, the God Almighty, Sat Purush, He appeared from the Lotus and He came in the form of Kabir Sahib only.

So, the Masters are also Sound Current and the Sound Current is connected plane-by-plane to go within back to God Almighty. All the other mantras, tantras, and everything else that we do, all those give us mystic powers also and, to an extent, they give us the pleasure of being in Kailash, Vaikuntha, or heaven, but none of them are able to give us salvation. It is only the Sound Current, which gives us the salvation.

When all these munis who have done their meditation, or they have done their austerities and they have gained a lot of positive karmas, they are given the benefit of that by being given a place in heaven or Kailash or Vaikuntha. Now when that power of austerity or those karmas come to an end, then they’re sent back again to this earth where they again get under the influence of the mind and do karmas and go back into the chaurasi.

We are currently in this human physical body, and because we are in this physical body, to address the mind, we have to take the help of a physical nature. That is why the Simran given to us is in this form. It is in the Varnatmak Naam. And it is with this Simran and the contemplation of the Form of the Master that we are able to go to the Tenth Door ****. And when we get out of this physical body then, within, we are connected to the Sound Current. After that, this Simran and this Varnatmak Naam that has been given to us does not help further. It is only the Sound Current then that takes the soul within.

We are indeed fortunate to have the company of the Masters and Their Teachings, and They have given us initiation. Now, it is necessary for us, therefore, to do as much Simran and meditation as possible and stay connected so that we can go within and get connected to the Sound Current as soon as possible.

So, the atmosphere is very calm and quiet and we should also make the most of it. So, close our eyes and sit for meditation.
